Snappier Motor Shows: A Way to Attract Larger Crowds to Your Stand
A circa 1931 pen and ink multiple image storyboard, signed, with blue pencil title and annotations, showing a 1930 motor show stand displaying the 1930 Rattler Car with no-one showing interest. At the 1931 show, on the other hand, wax dummies are used to make a tableau showing a road traffic accident, attracting 'as big a crowd as you could wish for'. Unframed, but double-mounted with a printed title label in the lower margin. Image size 38 x 30.5cm. Good condition.
