RENÉ LALIQUE VICTOIRE GLASS MASCOT.
A modern re-issue of the 1928 design-registered original, issued as a 10-year celebration of the end of the Great War in 1918. The mascot was also titled the 'Spirit of the Wind'. An art deco design with a frosted finish, in very good condition, no inscription.
