While all care has been taken with the magazine and book cataloguing, all lots in this sale are sold as having been inspected and approved for any inconsistencies or omissions prior to bidding. Some of the mascots and badges will be reproduction examples.
All purchased lots have to be removed from the sale site by midday Monday 23rd May. All uncollected lots will then be moved to off-site storage in Berkshire from where they will need to be collected. The charges are £5 per lot per day from the 24th May, and an uplift charge of £20 per lot.
We WILL be welcoming in-room bidding on sale days. Buyers can also bid online with the-saleroom.com or easyliveAuction.com or leave a commission bid. You can also submit absentee bids via our website or call our office to leave your bids.
PAYMENT: Payment must be made prior to collection. Goods will only be released upon receipt of cleared funds. Payments can be made by Bank Transfer, Sage Pay via our website or by card payment. Card payments made over the telephone are subject to a limit of £1500. Over-the-counter card payments will only be accepted for those sales where in-person bidding is allowed. We will NOT be accepting over-the-counter cash payments.
POSTAGE & PACKING: The responsibility for the collection of purchases rests with the buyer. However, for a packing fee plus the cost of postage and insurance, and when time permits, we are able to post small items such as jewellery, small items of silver, individual books, smaller ceramics, coins, medals, etc. Please refer to our postage and packing terms for full details.
