the oval-shaped sapphire is set within a surround of small diamonds, in gold, size I I/2, together with a 9ct. gold engraved wedding band, 3.4 grams, size Q, an 18ct. gold plain wedding band, 3.0 grams, size L, and a sapphire and diamond ring (one sapphire missing), set in gold, size M 1/2.
