the cabinet with three small drawers above a pair of doors enclosing an arrangement of drawers and shelves above three further small drawers and two larger drawers, the whole inside with ivory and lacquered panels of birds and landscapes, the base inset with tortoiseshell panels gilded and lacquered with foliage and on short, scrolled feet, further gilded with pine foliage and scales, the rectangular base with gently scrolling edges with stylised foliate and geometric decoration, height 54cm, maximum width 39cm, maximum depth 27cm (3)
