the rectangular-shaped amethyst is set with two small diamonds to each shoulder, in 9ct. gold, size M 1/2, together with a sapphire and diamond half hoop ring, set alternately with marquise-cut sapphires and a pair of circular-cut diamonds, in 18ct. gold, size O 1/2.
