Phil May (1925- ): Three Framed, Signed Colour Prints of Seaplanes.
All three signed in pencil by the artist in the lower margin, and depicting the Curtiss R 3C-2 U.S.A., 1925; the Macchi - M 52 Venice, 1927; and the Supermarine S-6B, 1931. Sheet sizes including margins approximately 11 x 15½-inches (28 x 39.5cm), with one image in vertical format Together with a monochrome print of a work by Charles E. Turner (1893-1965) entitled 'Blackburn Aircraft: The "Skua" dive bomber with the Fleet, marginal staining, but the image itself very good; plus a horizontal format framed and glazed colour print, image size 10½ x 27½-inches (26½ x 70cm) entitled 'The Flight of the Swallow' - Santos-Dumont Arriving at the Chateau de Wideville (the print somewhat faded) together with a colour print dated November 14th 1901 of the Vanity Fair cartoon of Santos-Dumont by Geo Hum.
