A LARGE ALABASTER AND MARBLE LAMP SIGNED L. SCHEGGI.
The large lamp with a carved white marble base with a central column surrounded by dancing cherubs, on a circular base with carved vine and grape decoration, on a leaf carved base, drilled for electricity, the top with a broad dished shade carved to the border with further putti with swags of grapes and vine leaves, with a circular lid with central pommel, now lacking light fitting, 84cm high, 30cm wide.
