an English carved wooden doll with fixed eyes and stitched lashes, original hair wig caught in a bun at the back of the head. With a jointed body and unusual yellow painted slippers (original paint), with original costume of gauze and ribbed dress, and with a lace shawl and cut steel brooch. 15 1/2ins (39cms) high
