The first work with an single page ALS from the author tipped-in, 'Dear Mr Filler(?), I believe not. It was not when I saw [Louis N.] Parker a week ago + I expect that I shall haveheard if he has placed it since. It seems to be a little bit too gruesome for the managers' dated 7 May 1903. The second work inscribed by the author, 'To my cousin, Lionel(?) Williams with sincere regards. W.W. Jacobs, Jan 1914'.
