Autocar - A Photocopied Set - 1895 to 1896 and 1901 to 1904
Twelve box files containing sixty square-backed bound good quality photocopies of early issues of the weekly journal The Autocar. The issues are bound without their covers/advertisements, but the text pages are complete, each of the sixty grouped copies has grey covers and each complete volume has a volume cover, title page and index. The collection comprises: Vol. I No. 1, November 2nd 1895 to Vol. I No. 61, December 26th 1896; Vol. VI No. 271, January 5th 1901 to Vol. X No. 400, June 27th 1903; and Vol. XII No. 428, January 2nd 1904 to Vol. XII No. 453, June 25th 1904. All appear to be in excellent, clean and sound condition. (12)
