A c1948 Higgins Semi-Lightweight Bicycle. Believed to be an 'Italia' model, it has a 22-inch frame which is finished in light blue with Higgins decals, white Bluemels mudguards, a Sturmey Archer FM four-speed (medium) hub gear, itself dated 1952. 26-inch Endrick rims with 'World Tour' tyres, quick release front hub, GB extension and 15-inch alloy drop handlebars, side-pull brakes, Chater Lea top set, chain-wheel and cranks and a narrow section leather saddle.
