A Hetchins 'Magnum Bonum' Lightweight Bicycle.  A Time Trial or Track machine, having, unusually, track ends in the rear forks, all other features are correct for this early bicycle, possibly dating from the year of introduction in 1951. Finished in light blue with Hetchins decals, other features include the absence of mudguard stays, Brooks B17 saddle, engraved Cinelli 15-inch drop handlebars fitted to a forward Cinelli stem, Fiamme ¾-inch rims with the rear being reversible. A side-pull calliper brake is fitted to the front. Other features are a pump, 7-inch cranks and chain-wheel. A frame number would not appear to be visible.
