A Matthews & Willard Mfg. Co. 'Duplex' Acetylene Gas Lamp.  A first model lamp of 1899, with two cylinders, the left a reservoir for water, the right holding the carbide of calcium, with a control tap between the two cylinders. The burner head with a double-convex front glass, an original burner, original nickel-plating and mounting bracket. 6¼-inches (16cm) high. AGL 229.
