Frederick Gordon Crosby (1885-1943) & Phil May. The Gordon Bennett Race, 1905 & Targa Florio, 1907. Two framed and glazed colour prints by Crosby (the first also mounted), together with a double-mounted, framed and glazed Limited Edition colour print by Phil May, Number 67 of 500, entitled "Full Throttle", showing Sir Henry (Tim) Birkin, taking the outer circuit lap record to 137.96 mph in his Single Seater 4.5 Blower Bentley at Brookland 1932. Signed by the artist in the lower margin, with printed title and details. Image sizes respectively 40 x 60cm., 40 x 60cm., & 33 x 44cm. Colour good, but the Targo Florio print with marginal staining and creasing. (3)
