Fars, South West Iran, circa 1910. The indigo field of tribal and zoomorphic devices around three diamond medallions containing narrow polychrome columns enclosed by ivory lattice spandrels and narrow borders of hooked motifs flanked by pale lemon and ivory guard stripes, 322cm x 170cm.
