ERNEST RACE - PAIR OF DESIGNER ARMCHAIRS
a pair of DA1 metal framed wing armchairs, with button backs and sprung seats, and supported on aluminium legs. Both covered in a yellow fabric, 98cms high. (2)
*These date to the late 1940's and were designed for Heals, after WW2 wood was scarce as a material for use in furniture so metal was used instead.
