mid/late 18th century, the brass arched dial with sunburst, 11" silvered chapter ring, subsidiary seconds dial and date aperture and inscribed 'Storr, London', on an eight day three train movement chiming to a nest of eight bells and striking to a single bell, the case with gilt eagle and blind fretwork cornice, the hood and trunk inlaid with shells and floral panels, height 245cm
