An early Victorian circular chamberstick with gadrooned borders, a detachable nozzle and conical snuffer, engraved in three places with the initials "AR" within a strap & buckle & below the Royal Crown*, maker's mark "WE", possibly by William Eley, London 1837; 5.5" (14 cms) diameter; 10.25 oz
