A LATE 19TH CENTURY FRENCH PARCELGILT CHALICE AND PATEN with engraved decoration and text, and three applied, engraved roundels on the foot, the base inscribed "Louis Renault 29 Juin 1932", maker's mark a "D" with an animal, Paris post 1838; 7.1" (18 cms) high. Please note, this chalice has an in-set metal disc under the foot.
