A 1940'S CREPE EVENING DRESS & 1950'S 'MARY BLACK' DRESS
1940's heavy amethyst crepe, similar to the colour 'Lanvin blue', with horizontal stylised tiers running around the bodice and hips. Falling at the back into a slight train. The long sleeves taper to a point,fastened with poppers and are embellished with sequins and beads. The shoulders are padded, There is a long metal side zip. Labelled 'model by fremau ltd London'. Size 12/14. A further black crepe and beaded, chiffon dress with long chiffon sleeves, a rouched bodice, empire line waist. Side metal zip. Labelled 'Mary Black' Size 14. (2)
