SWANSEA PORCELAIN CUP & SAUCER Pattern No 436, a cup and saucer each painted in an imari palette, with various gilded decoration. Red script mark to each piece (mark of saucer faded), and with a label for F E Andrews, Cardiff. Saucer 14cms diameter *The collection label relates to Francis Emile Andrews (1858-1943), 'FE' was a well known collector whose collection was continued by his grandson John who established the John Andrews Charitable Trust.
