LARGE VEUVE PERRIN FRENCH FAIENCE DISH - MARSEILLE
probably late 18thc/early 19thc, a large deep dish, the centre painted with two couples by a village quay, with boats in the water and village buildings in the background, the rim painted with floral sprays and painted decoration. VP monogram in blue. 39cms by 36cms. Also with a French faience basket, the tin glazed basket painted in the maiolica style, possibly made by Nevers, 27cms diameter. (2)
