A circular silver medallion engraved with an image of a bell above 'Isleworth 1799' within a foliate and bright cut border, the obverse with a finely engraved carnation 'Pro Optimo' (For the best) within a similar borer, with a loop for suspension, hallmarked for London 1776, 5.7cm wide, c 35.2g.
