The obverse with laureate bust l. within a border of roses, thistles and shamrocks 'Georgius IV Dei Gratia ...', the reverse with the king seated on his throne being crowned by attendant figures of Britannia, Hibernia and Scotia, the medal by Thomason & Jones, possibly engraved by William Wyon, 5.4cm (Eimer 1143)
