A FIRST WORLD WAR SILVER WAR BADGE TO THE DORSET REGIMENT.
A Great War silver war badge with number 03311 which was awarded to William Cyril Joslyn 29363 Dorsetshire Regiment who served as a Private from the 19th June 1917 until being discharged due to wounds received on the 5th December 1919, during his period of service he was wounded twice, on the 3rd May 1918 and the 10th October 1918. Born c. 1893 he was one of four children living in Taunton, following the War he spent the rest of his life in the Town until his death in 1982
