A FIRST WORLD WAR MEMORIAL PLAQUE TO A YEOVIL MAN. A Great War Memorial plaque named George Ostler. From the CWG list this may well be George Frank Ostler from Yeovil, a Corporal who served with the 8th Bn Berkshire Regiment with number 18392, he died of wounds on the 24th February 1916 at the age of 19. He is commemorated at the Lapugnoy Military Cemetery. His parents lived at 72 Ealand Road in Yeovil.
