A FIRST WORLD WAR GERMAN U-BOAT BAROGRAPH. A German barograph in mahogany case, glazed to three sides, the top of the drum stamped '1UMDR IN 7 TAGEN' with a black painted carrying handle, marked 'M' beneath an Imperial Crown to the underside of the handle, mounted with a brass plaque 'From U126 Surrendered at Harwich, 20th November 1918'. 18cm high, 28cm wide and 14cm deep. U126 came into the First World War when launched in June 1918 until surrendering on the 22nd of November. A German Type UEII commanded by Otto Wunsche who, in his various boats accounted for 76 ships and 1 warship sunk. Sold with copied research,
