GT WAR MEDALS TO OFFICERS. British War & Victory Medals named to Capt G G Feeney, in boxes of issue. Gilbert Grace Feeney served in France from the 5th February 1917 as a 2/Lt then later as a Captain (T/Major). 2/Lt 19th January 1917 Lt 12th May 1918 Capt 19th July 1918. Rtd 1920 When he applied for his Medals his address was given as the The Divisional Surveyors Office, Bunmow, Essex. A boxed British War Medal awarded to Payr.S.Lt P Bunting R N V R. (Percy) At some time in 1918 he was attached to the Royal air Force (Temporary) Awarded a BWM only under Spec 176, he is on a 1923 list for a LSGC medal, though this is not confirmed. (3) He served on HMS President until being Demobilised in 1919.
