TWO LONDON REGT GT WAR PAIRS. 1. British War & Victory Medals named to 49750 Pte F C Stokes 10-Lond.R. 2. 490532 Pte R W Barrett 11-Lond.R. Frederick C Stokes served in his Regiment with number 427265 later in the War. Entitled to a Silver War Badge List TP/4270. Reginald W Barrett served with the 11th and latterly the 21st London Regt under number 678028. Rifleman 678028 (21st County of London-1st Surrey Rifles) Reginald W Barrett was Killed in Action or Died of Wounds 6th April 1918. Aged 29. The son of William & Margaret Barrett and husband of Laura D Barrett of 94 Edith Road, West Kensington, London. He was born in London. Buried in the Senlis Communal Cemetery Extension on the Somme .
