Queen Alexandra's Imperial Military Nursing Service (Reserve) was formed primarily for service some 12 years before the Gt War, replacing the Army Nursing Service. It members served in all theatres of the conflict, Staff Nurse Murchison most probably being disbanded in 1919 or 1920.
