IMP C N AVR MARIUS P F AVG with SAEC FELICTAS AVG reverse.(1). With VICTORIA AVG reverse (9). With CONCORDIA MILITVM reverse (1). IMP C M AVR MARIUS AVG with VISTUS AVG reverse (7) With VICTORIA AVG reverse (1) etc.
The short lived reign of the former Metal Worker Marius is given by historians as between 3-17 days. Legend has it he was murdered by an assassin using a sword he himself had forged.
