A 1914/15 Star named to 10394 Pte E Addicott. R.Fus. British War & Victory Medals named to 15394 Pte E Addicott R .Fus.
Edward Addicott was born 11/7/1889 at Goathurst Somerset. He served in Theatre 2b from the 24/10/1915.
In March 1917 he was admitted to Hospital (34 CCS) with Pleurisy (Dangerously Ill) and transferred to Sick Convoy ten days later.
Complete with a photograph of him in uniform and RBL badges/Observer Corps badge. He died in 1971.
