LARGE SCRATCH BUILT MODEL CIRCUS
a wonderful scratch built Homa Bros Circus, including a Big Top (5 foot by 3 foot) and a range of transport vehicles and wagons. Made in wood and metal with some vehicles fitted with electric motors, each model with parts inside to make into structures. The Animal wagons with plastic animals inside (some by Britains), and also with Caravans, Seating, and various other items. Also with information about how and when it was made, and instructions for assembly. When fully assembled it covers an area 18 foot by 5 foot.
*One of the notes states, The Construction of Homa Brothers Circus commenced in 1962, and began as a Tractor and Lion Cage for our eldest Son. Having been a life long Circus enthusiast it did not take me long to have the idea of building a complete Circus. It was built by a Mr B Carpenter in Chippenham, with the help of his two Sons.
