A George IV child's mug with a C-shaped handle and a spreading circular foot, decorated around the middle with an applied frieze of panels, each one depicting an animal in relief; a cat; a cockerel, a terrier, a horse and a cow, further adorned with foliate tendrils flanking each handle joint, inscribed under the foot, and incised "OMAR RAMSDEN ME FECIT", hallmarked London 1925; 3.2" (8.2 cms) high
