probably Fijian or Samoan, carved with the word Tinatina, length 16cm
*This item was acquired by the vendors Grandfather in 1934/35 while in command of HMAS Australia, which was making a tour of Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Samoa with the Duke of Gloucester on board. The tooth was probably a gift to him by a Fijian or Samoan (Tinatina means Grandmother or Aunt)
