SILVER GOLF BALL TROPHY - HOLE IN ONE, 1930
an interesting small silver stand, with a lever on one side which opens the top to reveal a golf ball inside. Inscribed, Mrs A E Sheppard, Hole in One, 4th Hole at Trentham, October 1930. Golf ball with initials F .E.S (presumably used her husbands ball on the day), and the stand hallmarked for Birmingham 1930. Also with a wooden inlaid box (initials F.E.S, same as the golf ball) with a bible inside. Stand 11cms high. (2)
