A SILK EMBROIDERED GARMENT a small panel of 18thc silk, also with a cream silk garment decorated with gold, mauve and pink embroidered flowers. By family repute belonged to Lydia Diana Dashwood (d 1837), adapted to be worn as a court train in 1878. Also with a panel of the same silk, and smaller fabric offcuts. Length of train 170cms, Panel of silk approx 140cms by 140cms (uneven shape), Smaller panel 68cms by 31cms
