possibly made by Marklin for Bassett-Lowke, a gauge 1 locomotive (513) 4-4-0 with a clockwork mechanism. Also with a tender (missing the rail around the top). Tender marked Lowke, Locomotive 29cms long. Also with a book The LNWR Precursor Family, and some diagrams of locomotives.
