19thC CASED AGRICULTURAL PRIZE MEDALLIONS.
Two scm glazed agricultural medallions, one missing a glass in the front. 1.7/8" diameter, with outer ring and top loop mounts. Liverpool Agricultural Society, the first with Samuel Sandbach Jr Esq of Handley. As owner for draining with tiles 44 acres with 33,104 yds of drains on a farm of not less than 150 acres. The second 'Presented to Samuel Sandbach Jr Esq of Handley. As owner for Subsoil ploughing 25 acres, 1845. A white metal International Exhibition medallion, opened May 1st MDCCCLX11. 41 mm diameter, etc.
