29th LANCERS (DECCAN HORSE) DRESS BELT-POUCH-PAGRI etc. A cased set of the Shoulder-Waist and Pouch, Prickers etc, hallmarked for 1908. The elegant gold bullion shoulder belt having a Kings Crown, chains and prickers on a green leather backing, with white central stripe. The pouch with gilt crown over XXIX and lances, above the Deccan Horse. Like the other hallmarks for 1908 and J & Co, Birmingham. The waist belt complete with sword straps and gilt clasp with silvered crossed lances, XXIX and Deccan Horse below. Various other bullion belts and 8' long x 5" wide Pagri or Lungi in green with central white band. A scm Helmet spike and another in gilt. Badges include the Cap and Collar badges of the Deccan Horse. A Deccan Horse shoulder title and cloth 29L shoulder titles in poor condition. Contained in a tin with Hamburger Rogers & Co, 30 King Street, Covent Garden, London and the officers name on a brass plate. See Illustration
