THREE NORFOLK FAMILY BROTHERS GROUPS/PLAQUE. A 1914/15 Star, British War & Victory Medals named to 17191 Pte A Saunders Norf Regt. Death Plaque named to Albert Saunders. British War & Victory Medal pair named to 241598 Pte W Saunders. E Surrey R. British War & Victory Medal pair named to GS-29295 Pte A Saunders R. Fus. The sons of John and Louisa Saunders of Reymerston, Norfolk. A yardman on a farm, who had five children including two girls Anna and Clara. (1901 Census) Albert Saunders was born in 1897 and was the youngest of the three boys. He was posted missing later Killed in Action on the 12th December 1916. Whilst serving in the 7th Battalion Norfolk Regt aged 20 years. His fathers address at that time was Water Cross Hall, Blackwater, Reymerston, Attleborough, Norfolk. Buried in Beaulencourt British Cemetery, Ligny-Thilloy.
