A gilt officers pouch worn by Surgeon Major John J Clifford MD, whilst serving in the 9th Dragoons. With the regiments crown over inverted AR's, surrounded by oak-leaves and crosses. Red backing and pouch itself, with side-straps and fittings in tact.
