A 1914 STAR & BAR TRIO, ISM etc. A 1914 Star and Clasp named to, 27072 Pte F Hulme . British War & Victory Medals named to 27072 Spr F Hulme RE. Frank Hulme served in the Signals Section Royal Engineers. His original Mobilization Certificate dated 4th August 1914, ordering him to at once join the L Signal Co RE in Southampton. He sailed for France on the 17th August 1914. His 4th Division RE Signals Company Bal d'Adieu card 19/3/1919 is with the medals also. His ISM named to Frank Hulme, is a King George V1 issue. He died in Manchester aged 79 years, in 1966.
