A 9th LANCERS 1914 STAR TRIO & ISM.
A 1914 Star named to 848 Pte L G Hart 9/Lncrs. British war & Victory Medals named to L-848 Pte L G Hart 9-Lrs. Louis G Hart served in France from the 15/8/1914. It would appear he never applied for the Clasp, though having served from that date he would most likely be entitled to one. (Later on Munitions)
He was awarded the ISM (cased) whilst a civilian Painter at the Tidworth Camp in May 1953. He died in Tidworth Military Hospital in January 1964. Pnuemonia.
