A WILLIAM 1V OFFICERS SWORD (PROSSER).
A William 1V pipeback officers sword with brass hilt and scabbard. The blade of some 32.1/2" length having a William 1V cypher on both sides of the blade, below a crown. Profser Manufacturer to the King, Charing Crofs, below. The blade in clean condition with a gilded hilt, the scabbard with some usage dents evident.
