AN ELLIOTTS CARBINE.
An Elliotts Flintlock Carbine with 28.1/4" barrel, complete with its original steel bulbous form ramrod. The lock marked with Crown over Gr and Tower, also the Crown and Broad arrow mark. Lacking its cock and hammer fittings, the screw appears to have sheared in the swivel mount. Brass furniture with stamped markings into the wooden stock, near the buttplate. There are two stamped proofmarks to the breech/barrel top.
