In a carrycase with label stating presented by Major General Topenua (Torbica, roughly translated)) Commandant Bosnia-Serbian Air Force. Complete with oxygen mask and tube also radio communication plugs, in white with original stickers. Dated on the reverse, 21/04/1998.
