The Autocar, Volumes I & II,
November 1895 to December 1897, Issues Nos.1 to 113. Two small quarto hardbound volumes in the publisher's embossed dark blue cloth binding with gilt lettering to the front covers and spines, each with a title page and index at the front of the volume. The bindings slightly rubbed , and the front hinge of Vol. II cracked, the issues bound without their covers, some internal foxing, but otherwise appearing clean and sound. The first volume has two letters from a Mr. John Campbell of Heathfield , Sussex to Mr. Goodman tipped in at the front, and also a ten-page typed Car Makes Index prepared by David Hales in 1993 (2)
