A TWIGG BLUNDERBUSS PISTOL.
A brass barrelled Flintlock Blunderbuss pistol by Twigg of London 1760-1780. After vworking with Bass for a while, it reverted to Twigg again from 1783-1813. The barrel of some 8.1/4" in length, octagonal then round form and flared muzzle. Steel action marked Twigg, with brass furniture and an overall length of 14".
